FalconPlus Project and Construction Management Company was established in 2012 to offer project management and supervisory services to clients in the GTA and surrounding area where diverse-sized projects are required to maintain and expand our clients’ business infrastructures.
FalconPlus is dedicated to providing high quality project and construction management services by working closely with owners, consultants and contractors to deliver projects safely, on time and on budget. We strive to implement and maintain a long-lasting relationship with our clients through our highly qualified and dedicated team of construction experts.
FalconPlus specializes in managing projects in critical Facilities within our telecommunication and data services portfolio; were work is being done in sensitive data & computer rooms, server & network areas and on building infrastructure equipment such as -but not limited to- new builds, generators, electrical switchboards, HVAC systems, transformers, UPS, cooling towers, Office Renovations and infrastructure projects.
Moreover, we have completed multiple projects with banks’ branches and various locations within telecommunication buildings relating to tenant improvements, retrofits and moves services. These types of projects are becoming a specialty for our team as we understand the schedule and budget constraints related to these fast-paced initiatives.
The sizes and complexity of projects overlooked by FalconPlus are very diverse and the experiences gained are very unique which allows our managers to undertake projects in great efficiency and ease. This is reflected by our clients’ satisfaction with our services and their continued trust in our abilities to produce successful projects year after year.
Health And Safety
Safety is our top priority: whether it is a small project to renovate a small office or it is a large phased infrastructure project with multiple teams of contractors and subcontractors, our first item to address has been and will always be how to achieve a successful outcome SAFELY.
Our team will gather and review owners’ and contractors’ safety policies and manuals; and will make sure all H&S aspects relative to the project are addressed and understood by the project team. We will ensure all proper safety procedures and practices are being implemented and followed at all times that workers are present on site……..NO EXCEPTION ALLOWED.
Any health and safety incidents and/or close calls will be documented and shared appropriately with the project’s team and archived in a lessons learned register for future projects and other organizations benefit.
